COLLEGEVILLE, Pa.- Despite the Ursinus women's tennis team winning all three doubles matches, Franklin & Marshall battled back to win all six singles matches to post a 6-3 victory over the Bears in Centennial Conference (CC) action on Thursday.

The Diplomats (4-5, 3-3 CC) evened their conference record with the win over Ursinus (5-7, 1-6 CC). Dani Barish tallied the three-set win over Jennifer Hope with scores of 2-6, 7-5, 7-6 (7-6) to start the comeback.

Erica Wood took the No. 2 spot with a 6-3, 2-6, 6-3 over Laura Ng, while Dana Russo defeated Julia Kurtz 6-3, 6-1 to get F&M closer to the victory.

Jenna Ishkanian and Cecily Koss posted wins of 6-1,6-0 and 6-1, 6-1 respectively to put the Diplomats ahead for good. Kelsey Tylus blanked Rachael Sussman at No. 6 singles 6-0, 6-0 for the win.

F&M returns to action on Sunday against Haverford. Match time is 1 p.m.
