Women's Soccer Falls To Dickinson, 1-0

CARLISLE, Pa. - It was in the 83rd minute that Christy Arndt scored the lone goal of the game, giving the Dickinson women's soccer team a 1-0 victory over Franklin & Marshall in Centennial Conference (CC) action on Wednesday.

In a conference showdown of two teams battling for a chance at a play-off spot, the Red Devils (8-6-1, 3-3-1 CC) scored the game winner seven minutes before possible overtime to defeat the Diplomats (7-5-2, 4-4 CC).

Erin Roy tallied seven saves for F&M, while Kailyn Hartmann made three saves for the shutout.

Dickinson held an 18-10 advantage in shots, including eight from Lisa Nichols.

The Diplomats will take on Muhlenberg on Saturday for Homecoming. Game time is 4 p.m.
