COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. - Jennie Moore scored twice and recorded two assists to lead fourth-ranked and top-seeded Ursinus over Franklin & Marshall 9-0 in the semifinals of the Centennial Conference (CC) field hockey championships on Saturday.

The Bears (17-2) advance to their fourth straight championship game and will battle second-seed Johns Hopkins for the CC title tomorrow at 1 p.m.

Megan Yoder and Lindsay Cappa each netted two goals to help Ursinus avenge a 3-2 loss to the Diplomats (12-7) in the regular-season match up.

Jennifer Burdo made a season-high 21 saves on 35 shots taken by the Bears.

Ursinus used a penalty corner to get on the board early. Meredith Stabley scored on passes from Kait Sutherland and Nikki Thren for a 1-0 lead with 4:30 gone in the first half.

Cappa made it 2-0 at 8:51 on a Stabley assist, before Moore tallied both of her goals to give the Bears a 4-0 lead at halftime.

Ursinus was able to get five more goals in the second half, including two in the first five minutes thanks to Sutherland and Cappa.

Moore found Jessica Zatwarnicki in the 52nd minute and Yoder finished the scoring with back-to-back goals in a three-minute span for the final margin.
