Carrie Temple joins the Diplomats' staff as the women's field hockey assistant coach in 2007. A 2004 graduate of York College, Temple was a four-year letterwinner and two-year starter as a defender for the Spartans field hockey team. She was named to the All-CAC Second Team as a sophomore, while being named co-captain and setting a record for defensive saves her junior year.

Temple earned an Economics and Finance degree in 2004, and received her Master's in Business Administration from York in 2006. In addition to coaching, she currently is a partnership administrative assistant for Gardner Russo & Gardner in Lancaster, Pa.
