HAVERFORD, Pa. - None of Franklin & Marshall's tennis players remained in the main draw after Saturday's portion of the Centennial Men's Invitational, being hosted by Haverford this weekend. Amren Vartan and Dave Janerich each advanced to the round of 16 on a bye, but each dropped their first match of the day.

Adam Cranford of Washington College needed the tiebreaker to defeat Vartan 6-4, 0-6, 1-0 (8-0). Vartan went on to pick up a pair of wins in the consolation bracket, posting an 8-1 win over Jonathan Farber (Muhlenberg), and a 8-4 win over Todd Green of Washington.

Alex Buxbaum of Haverford defeated Janerich 6-1, 6-0. Janerich then fell 3-8 to Trevor Heck of Dickinson.

Ben Hart, who suffered a two-set setback in the round of 32, rebounded on Saturday with a 9-7 win over Muhlenberg's John Osborne. Rafael Roldan from Washington bumped Hart from the consolation bracket with an 8-4 win.
