LANCASTER, Pa. - Derek Hines, a member of the Franklin & Marshall men's basketball team, has been named the Centennial Conference (CC) Co-Player of the Week.

Hines, a senior forward, averaged 22.5 points and 7.0 rebounds in a 1-1 week for the Diplomats (12-9, 7-7 CC). He shot 85.7 percent from the floor (18-for-21) and went 9-for-10 from the charity stripe (90 percent). Hines scored a team-high 23 points against Johns Hopkins and a squad-best 22 points in the win over Washington on Saturday.

Hines ranks second on the team in scoring with 10.1 points per game, while shooting 52.1 percent from the field.
